Cayan Tower is a 307-metre high, 73-storey, curved, skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower houses street level shopping outlets and retail shops for residents and visitors, as well as a rooftop park, a swimming pool, gym and spa.
Teknoware has provided the skyscraper with an ACM (Advanced Central Monitoring) management system for addressing the central system. The emergency lighting system includes eight high-performance central battery units, more than 1400 emergency lights and more than 500 emergency exit lights.
